We're finalising our full Privacy Policy and Data Protection Impact Assessment with counsel. Until they're published, here is how we treat your data — and it won't change in spirit.

• Immigration documents are sensitive personal data. We treat them that way: stored in the EU, encrypted, and accessible only to you (and any professional you explicitly grant access to).
• A lawyer reaches your case only through access you grant, scoped and revocable — revoke it and their access ends immediately.
• We never sell your data.
• You can export everything at any time and ask us to delete your account and documents.
